Im looking to pursue a career full time as a personal fitness trainer in Dubai. I have been training for the last 10 years with adults ( 40-50 age range) looking to get in the best shape of their lives. I know the market is very good but finding the jobs are very hard. i want to be a personal fitness trainer and i am curently studying p.e for gcse and am predicted an A. hopefully i will go to collage to study a levels: P.E and human biology and another one maybe art, my dream is to go to loughborough university and study, what kind of grades do i need to get from a levels to study there, will i need a foundation course or something extra to get in? thanks

I got to do a merit badge for boy scouts and if you could answer these questions that would be great.
1) Components of personal fitness
2) Reasons for being fit in all components.
3) What it means to be mentally healthy.
4) What is means to be physically healthy and fit.
5) What it means to be socially healthy.
6) What can you do to prevent social, emotional, or mental problems.
If you can answer that would be wonderfull. If you can give a good explanation for them I will choose you as the best answer.
