  1. I would suggest a phased programme plan. For the first four weeks, you could re-educate your body so that the correct muscles start to do the correct job at the correct time. You may find that your body isn’t working as efficiently as it should be after your accident, and it is important to work from the inside out so you can start to build good solid foundations to your training. So, for example, during this phase you could integrate some balance and stabilization exercises with some cardio work. Perhaps just work at 60-75% of your maximum heart rate (MHR). Your MHR is calculated as 220 – your age, so if you are 20, 60% of your MHR would be 200×0.65=130
Then during the next four weeks, you could progress your training and start to strengthen your muscles. You may also start to introduce interval training with your cardio routine (work for 5 minutes at 60-75% MHR, then 1 minute at 80-85% MHR, 5 minutes at 60-75%, 1 minute at 80-85%, 5 minutes at 60-75%, 1 minute at 80-85%, 2-3 minutes at 60-75% then cool down for about 5 – 10 minutes.
You can then continue to challenge yourself and may introduce more intense power training (power means speed and more functional – real time movements) and also more interval training.
If you set goals and work towards smaller targets (milestones) you should find that your fitness will dramatically improve before you start your PT course in June.

  2. My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product (all natural) which I think helps a lot in the process (it’s really good for detox, you’ll feel much healthier). I recommend you check this website http://slimhealth.info , they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!

I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little “help” so I decided to try this great detoxification colon cleanse and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at http://fit-thin.info , they give you a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.

  5. Work as hard as you can to get into shape before june. Its hard when you’ve been out of shape for a while, the first few weeks will probably be miserable in the gym, but once you push through that things will get alot easier. Start by doing about 30 minutes of cardio, whether it be jogging, on the crosstrainer, or biking, it will help you to get into shape. As time progresses slowly add more time to your workout, if you’re on the crosstrainer begin raising your resistance/angle levels. Also be sure that your eating a healthy diet, low in fats and oils, which can hinder the effort of getting into shape
    hope i helped and
    good luck!
