I have a wonderful personal trainer who I meet with 2 times per week. He is a really good trainer, really knows what he’s talking about, but most of all he is a really nice easy going guy. I’m not gay or anything like that, but i truly would like to get to know him a lot better, but he is 20 years older than I am. I plan on keeping him as my trainer for as long as I possibly can. I would like to get to know him better. Do you think around Christmas I should get him a card or a gift certificate or sometihng? Do you think there is chance for us to ever get to know one another. I would like to have him as my trainer and confidant or friend. I am slightly shy, but I am learning how to control that. Please give me advice, thanks.

Can anyone tell me the best way to become a personal trainer or something similar because I love fitness and I plan to keep fit all throughout my life.
I don’t know where to start because i’m on my last year of school and I haven’t really researched about it.
What inspired me was The Biggest Loser and various other things.
I was planning to become fit at the end of the year because I have to focus on my schooling because I want a good HSC.
Any suggestion’s would be great thanks.

I just started college not to long ago and decided that I want a career as a personal trainer/fitness trainer. How is the best way about doing this? What is the best to major in? Also do they make good money like 50k or above. I know this is what I want to do but at the same time I want to earn a comfortable living. I plan to eventually open my own gym in the future after I graduate.

I’ll face it- I am an obese American male. I am 18 years old, with a weight of 219 lbs, and standing at 5 ft. 8 inches. I was wondering what is a good daily workout plan, detailed please, and a good daily diet. I cannot do the running machine for long periods of time, do to weak knees, and my goal is to get to 210 lbs by the end of August(or a better goal, if suggested). Please include details, most people I ask simply say eat less and excercise, but I have no idea how to. Also, there is a fitness center less than a block away, but no personal fitness instructors. Thanks a lot!
