How Long Will It Take For Me To See Results With This Routine?

Hey I’m Starting my own exercise regime today
I know I wont see results over night
BUT was wondering how long do you think it will take for me to see results?
Also just so you know the cardio training is done using
Wii Fitness coach (not wii fit) which is basically a computerised personal trainer that changes the regime so it gets harder over time etc.
right so…
Monday: 30mins cardio training
1 hr Belly dancing class
Tuesday: 30min Cardio Training
20min up hill/ down hill jog (Very steep hill!)
Wednesday: 30min Cardio Training
Burn 300Kcals using Twist and Tone
200 reps using body shaper
Thursday: 30min Cardio Training
20min Jog
Friday: 30min Cardio Training
Burn 200 Kcals using twist and tone
200 reps using body shaper
Sat: 30mins Cardio Training
30 min Jog
Sun: Day off to rest
I’m also eating healthly through mon-sat but sunday is my day off were I can eat what I want.
Is this okay?
any improvements suggested would be super thanks x

  1. It depends on what results you’re after…….
If you want to lose weight, change your diet, work out your daily calorific requirement, eat less than this, you will lose weight.
If you want to get fitter be more specific about your cardio training, eg. ‘running’ for 30 mins at just over walking pace won’t get you fitter, 30 mins of hard interval training will
If you want to get stronger/toned (for the beach!!) do some calisthenics.
You need more variation though, you’ll get bored of doing that routine.
Just re-read your question and you said you’re using wii fit – pointless. You’ll turn it off when you don’t feel like doing it. Do you really need a machine to get you fit. If you wanted to be fit/lose weight badly enough you’d have done it already…….
    Now prove me wrong ;-)

  2. If you stick to that, it’s a VERY rigorous routine if you don’t already regularly work out, you’ll start seeing results (aka weight loss, & loss of inches) within 2 weeks or so. Be careful not to base your satsifaction on a scale. Take your measurements and go off of that. Its only a starting point though, and in order to see increased results, you’ll need to increase your workouts.

  3. all i can say is the only way u will lose weight is with a calorie controlled diet. remember diet is 70% so please take that into consideration. i used to always exercise and then eat anything i wanted and never lost a pound, now i have realised food is more important i am losing weight so easily
