I am 16 years old 167cm tall and weight about 90kg i am happy with the way i am. Recently i have been feeling really run down normally i am a very upbeat hypo energetic person but in the past couple of weeks i just don’t seem to have the Energy to do anything. i went to see my Doctor and he suggested that i take up some kind of fitness plan and started keeping records of what i eat. Here’s the problem i have never kept track of what i ate or had a fitness plan i mean i do my normal sports class at school but actually taking the time out to do this seems like a nightmare to me. i know for some people this is easy but for me an exercising plan and keeping my life’s eating habits in a book just seems like a heel of allot of work… this is something that i am taking very serious i really want to do this to improve my health and my personal fitness if anyone has any tips or guidance’s please feel free to give me a yell thanx heaps in advance
