My Personal Trainer At A Local Fitness Club Is So Rude To Me?

because I’ve had so many training lessons and havent been losing weight. Lately he has been making me do so much work every time I leave the gym I start crying and just go into my room for days not eating because I feel so mistreated. I mean he does want me to lose weight but he is taking this wayy too far. I want to tell my dad to stop my lessons but I am scared because that asshole says that if I stop training with him, hes going to track me down and do something bad, plus he knows my cell#. He is so vicious that once I had a sprained wrist and he made me do 50 push ups! I was in so much pain I missed school and I missed my finals the whole weel later. Is this wrong? If so, can I report it to some authority because it is getting to the point where all I think about is “what is that person going to do to me on sunday?” or”what bruises will I get this time?” HELP!

  1. This person obviously gets great satisfaction from inflicting pain on others. He is a “sadist” and enjoys being cruel to others. Why are you letting him control and demean you? He realizes you are weak and he is preying on you to the point of abuse. Although difficult you need get your courage up and report him to his supervisor and your parents because he could be hurting someone else who can’t defend themself. Personal training should benefit you and have a positive impact not degrade you. It should build you and your self esteem up not tear you down. Quit going to him!

  5. Get a different personal trainer. You need to take a break from the training. Get your mental health back on track before worring about training. It sounds like you’re overwhelmed. You need to avoid people that are over bearing. Life is too short to put up with that sort of thing.

  6. No one has the authority to treat you like that.
Lodge a complaint to the gym or management, and if your parents cared, they will cease you going to such lessons immediantly.
Sit down and talk to your parents properly, when they arnt busy, to let them know you’re serious about how this guys is treating you.
