I own a Personal Training business , just me , and also im starting a group fitness program for people that cant afford personal training.
I am short of money at the moment but need money to market .
ive tried by best to market the business but ive run out of ideas
Understand that i have very high ethics when it comes to approaching people , and hawking and similar stratergies are out of the question.

Best way to start your business is associate yourself with local health club. Start working there as a personal trainer then word of mouth will take you to next level. Also looking for YMCA, four H’s and so-on for the same reason.
when you get that next level, and little more money in your pocket, then you put ad on local paper with your resume.
Why not make up some fliers and have them delivered to peoples houses or placed on cars in carparks.
You could offer the prospective customer a free demo for say 20mins.
They make an appointment and then its up to you to presell your self to them in that 20mins.
These are very inexpensive to make and to keep you fit you could deliver them your self at night when no one can see you.
I still use this marketing today as I like the walking with my dog and its right in the prospects face.
If you put them on the cars Do Not place them under the windscreen wiper blade as this is bloody annoying cause you do not notice it until you are in your car and its running. You gotta undo your belt get out and get the piece of paper off your window.
What you do is bend the flier in half and slide it in between the drivers door and the pillar of the car. This way you notice it as you go to unlock your door.
I have had people phone me within hours and thanking me for doing it that way. Contact anyway you look at it.
If you can afford some ads in your local paper do that as well.
2-3 line ads are very cheap so you can do this on a regular basis.
Keep getting in peoples faces this way and eventually you will see results.

Advertise. You can even go for a free ‘Introductory Service’ just to show a prospective client what you can do. Remember, quality service would have a lasting impression.
