Personal Fitness Question?
Okay…I have made a goal for the summer was to lose my stomach fat and thigh fat and get toned. I have planned to try to go to the gym and have kept to that since school let out 3 days ago.
I have been doing at least 45 minutes of cardio and evry other day use weights for my arms.
Is their anyone out their for any advice or anything that would help me achieve my goal? thank you very much. Im planning on looking more toned and fit then last school year. Thanks to all who answer=)
