		<description>Exercising will turn un wanted fat into muscle and muscle weighs more than fat so it is not easy to say how much to lose especially as you want to lose it in specific areas. I would say aim to lose no more than 1/2 to 3/4 kilo per week and target the areas you want to lose it in. Good luck</description>
