Last year I had a number of clients who started stubbornly on the Atkins diet despite my warnings. Immediately I saw almost profound results in their weight loss. I reminded them that it was the loss of water weight, and warned the tension on the kidneys and the risk of high cholesterol. During this time I was mastering my yoga practice as a complete vegan but found that my immune system had been deeply affected and was currently on my third cold for the fall season Atkins was in the media again because of the study results indicate new lowered cholesterol. I went to the Atkins book yet again with a more open mind, and decided to try the diet. I liked the contrarian point of view, the current AMA position of the diet low in fat, which seemed to be producing a society of increasing obesity. Atkins view of sugar as the culprit to weight, not fat, made sense and the extra work from all proteins for kidneys&#xE2; &#x20AC; | it&#xE2; &#x20AC; &#x2122; s benign. I wanted to use his diet as a tool to get me completely out of any sugar. I began in protein, low carbohydrate diet aspect. As I reintroduced the animal proteins in my diet I could get stronger and feel the cold, finally stopped. I also saw my muscle bellies start to open and swell again. The cold of winter was not as painful as it had been during my vegan diet. I have the courage to start bringing the fat in my diet, including bacon, egg yolks, cream cheese, cream, whipped cream, even bacon rinds. I wonder on a daily basis by eating these foods &#x153;forbidden &#x20AC; &#xE2; &#x20AC; only to wake up the next day slim, slender. I couldn&#xE2; &#x20AC; &#x2122; t believe, result! Hey, I was a Phoenix Fitness Trainer for a long time and I saw a model where most people are doing the same three errors weight loss. Well, I&#8217;m here to help you correct form and to be killer. As a Personal Fitness Trainer in Phoenix, I&#8217;m going to shed some light on what we really want to lose fat and tone your entire body. And I&#8217;m also going to remove some fitness myths out there for you. Personal Trainer Phoenix crushes Weight Loss Myths Mistake # 1 &#8211; Endless Cardio: I have seen many of my clients personal fitness training Phoenix making this mistake. People think that the traditional, slow cardio is the best way to lose weight. WRONG! Slow pace cardio only increases the metabolic rate up to a couple of hours later, a difference of up to 48 hours later with another technique that I will discuss later.
